When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 2-14 business days via USPS mail. Direct-to-garment (DTG) and other print-on-demand (POD) items usually ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit,. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Although our main target market is the U.S. market, we are able to handle international orders shipped via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees, depending on your country of residence. We can’t keep track of these and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email, and we can most likely add it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want our product to fit you. All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with the shop online customer service instant messenger (you may find the ask us button on the left bottom of the website) for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.
